Order Status		Description

Payment Accepted		We have successfully taken payment.

Preparation in progress		Your order is being prepared for shipping.

Order Placed		Your order has been entered into our system and is waiting for all stock to become available.

Stock Warning		Some or all your items are out of stock/discontinued. This will potentially delay the shipping of your order.

Delivered		Your order has been confirmed it has been delivered.

Cancelled		Your order has been cancelled. Any reasons for order cancellation will show in your order notes.

Payment Error		During the process of payment an error has occurred and has failed. This may be for a number of reasons, please check your payment details to ensure they are correct.

Awaiting PayPal Payment		You have picked PayPal for your payment method; however we are still waiting for payment.

Ready for Collection		You have chosen collect from store as your delivery. Your order is now ready for collection. See order for details.

Scheduled for Cancel		If you have requested your order to be cancelled (by using the order tools provided on the website) your order status will show as 'Scheduled for Cancel'. This means we have acknowledged your request to cancel the order and your request should be completed shortly.

Shipped		Your order has left our warehouse/s and is being shipped to you by our couriers.

Order Return Status		Description

Waiting for confirmation		We are currently waiting on your confirmation. Please send an email to returns@fuuzz.com with your name and order number to confirm.

Waiting for package		We are waiting on the return of your order.

Package received		You package has been received as will be inspected shortly.

Return Denied		Your return has been denied due to breach of contract or you have failed to return the goods within 28 calendar days.

Return completed		Your return has been accepted.
